                             All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Odesa.
Our managers will help you choose the most convenient delivery and payment option, confirming all details individually.
We value your time, so we process and ship orders daily from Monday to Saturday.

🚚 Delivery

We offer reliable and fast delivery options across Ukraine:

• Nova Poshta (branch pickup) — receive your parcel at the nearest branch;

• Nova Poshta courier — delivery directly to your address;

• Pickup — you can collect your order from the Aleo warehouse  in Odesa.

Cash on delivery is paid separately by the customer and amounts to 20 UAH + 2% of the order total (according to Nova Poshta tariffs).

💳 Payment

You can choose one of the following convenient payment methods:

• Bank transfer (without VAT) — payment via invoice;

• Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta) — pay upon receipt;

After placing an order, our manager will contact you to confirm the details and provide the payment information.
