Returns & Exchanges

At Aleo.ua, we care about our clients’ convenience and provide a transparent and easy process for returns and exchanges.

🔄 Returns

• You can return Xprinter products in good condition within 14 days of receipt.

• Products must be unused, with original packaging and labels intact.

• To return a product:

  1. Pack the item in its original packaging with all components and accessories.

  2. Submit a return request via our manager or online chat.

  3. Provide bank details or a method for refund.

  4. Send the product only via Nova Poshta to our warehouse.

• After inspection, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

• To exchange a product, send it to our warehouse.

• Once received, we inspect the item and send you a replacement product or equivalent model.

• All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are paid by the customer, except in cases of seller or manufacturer fault.

📄 Documentation & Support

• Each product must include a full set of documents, including the warranty card and invoice.

• Our managers are always ready to provide consultation and support throughout the exchange or return process.
